Anywhere up the East Coast.

Actually jealous of the amount of good chippys you have.

Anstruther is near my Sis'. But Stonehaven & Inverbervie 'chippers' are awesome.

i have had about 5 or 6 in edinburgh in past year and they have all been pretty meh. Glasgow has the better ones by far, i remember a good one down by the st enoch centre but can't remember the name of it or if its even still there for that matter

Anyone who calls it a 'chipper' deserves the death penalty IMO

As opposed to 'Chippy' which sounds like something which a 4 year old would ask for?

No chip shop with Chippy in the title has ever won UK's best award whilst Chipper has. Chippys = second rate.

The Trawler in Golspie or La Mirage in Helmsdale i think the one in hopeman is pretty decent, not been for a few years though!

That clown in helmsdale's obviously been listening to his own hype for too long as it's horrendously overpriced and not even that great. I went there a few months ago and it was nearly £30 for 3 of us.
