William Allan Gray, - Kippen - (07/09/67 to 11/01/68)

If thats the guy whose dog my brothers dog once shagged at a game then he was playing for Gartmore into the 1980s.

A whole load of the players in your list never played a competitive first team game for the club (League, Scottish, League Cup, Spring Cup and B&Q) hence why they have "signing" dates for around a couple of days and which is why there will be sod all info about them.

I have a book of Albion history from 1945-88.

Cant find any details have you contacted the authors.

Hi Boris, the new book is an update on the 1988 history, I did a lot of the research for the 88 book and want new book to be as complete as possible.

As I said in my original post, many of them were trialists, for example James Sandyhills played a preseason friendly v Brechin City (a) but I cant trace any details.

Thank you to Dunfermline and Alloa fans who sent private messages - 2 bits of info I didnt have.
