Aye, it's surely folk hearing "Roll an' Sausage" and assuming it's "on" without any thought. Like "have" becoming "of" or, lately, the bizarre "ov". Judging by the Facebook posts that people highlight on here, that one's becoming worryingly common.

My take on it too - any time I've actually seen it written that way, it's inevitably in the kind of place that also advertises the fact that they sell "filled roll's"

Lorne roll. A bit like crisp roll; except where there would crisps, you will find lorne. Super simple.
Also anyone who feels the need to whap out their balls when pissing is a certified Tedi.

Things I have learned from the P&B threads in which I loiter

1. a cockwomble exists
2. the most beautiful woman in the world is called Judith
3. celebrity deaths are good news and the cause of many a celebration and pun
4. punning is not everyone's cup of tea
5. the word "beast" is no longer acceptable
6. burnt pets should be made fun of
7. an opportunity to buy a TV with a broken volume button for £50 can not be turned down
8. Gunther is married
9. my guess-to-correct-answer-ratio of anything Australian is well below the acceptable statistical norms
10. unless pictures are provided, you have to GTF.

I think you've nailed it. A 10 Commandments for the digital age. Well done.

12) When someone makes a comment deemed off-topic, the poster will be directed to post their "pish" on another thread - even though the thread often does not exist.

Potentially non-existent thread about off-topic posts for this pish.

The correct course of action if your dad is getting a kicking - To stand about like a complete pussy, pretending you don't know him. Later that evening, you start threatening strangers on the internet about the incident.
