I once spent an unexpectedly enjoyable evening at a Lightning Seeds gig. Fair enough, they were no Pulp or James, but fairly inoffensive, I'd have thought. Unlike Coldplay or post-communism U2. rodallegabombs Posted December 26, 2015 Share Posted December 26, 2015 Some of the older Coldplay singles were ok to have on the radio at times but imagine sitting down to listen to a whole album of that fucking depressing beige pap. Bad times. Also I wholeheartedly agree with the Keane and U2 shouts. Both awful. Lightning seeds and Lighthouse family were both terrible too. In fact for all the excellent music coming out of the early to mid 90's there was a lot of shite mixed in there too. In any case; New Years resolutions.
