Whether or not we will use it in Scotland depends on the outcome of the independance referendum. It's British made but the better together campaign has stated in no uncertain terms that as an independent country there is absolutely no chance of a vanishing spray currency union. Is there a major problem in Scotland with players encroaching at free kicks? I'd welcome it's introduction about as much as I did those fucking Vuvuzelas. It's an unnecessary gimmick.
