I don't know him personally but I do know a lot of the stuff written about him falling out with everybody is vastly blown out of proportion. I know one or 2 guys who have played under him and they say he's a good manager. Obviously though it depends who you talk to. Took us on a great ride, the cup final was a great time. He's turned Musselburgh into a club the really shouldn't be worried at the start of the year about relegation. Thats a big deal with not a huge budget. I think he'll do a great job at Bonnyrigg. A real stand out for me compared to other potential candidates. Either way sounds like they don't see eye to eye. Either mcglynn doesn't want him or he doesn't want to play for mcglynn. Would seem the only logical explanation.
