S.Irvine
1-1 at Harthill. Missing large amount of players again - McMullen, McAteer, McInnes, Reilly, Tamburini, Lafferty, Dec Duffy, Bulloch, Mullen - which has been the case in all 3 games so far. Trialist centre half very impressive Kit, a player you know well!!!
Kit Kennedy
Haha Ive since spoken to the above player! And told me another someone I know has agreed to join the club aswell! #goodtimes
S.Irvine
What about you kit, club looking for Committee men! A club jacket, tie, free aftermatch feed in the Commercial & a free match programme is the best deal the club can stretch too . . . . . You can even be involved in the dressing room pre match. We need someone to put out the strips!

S.Irvine
Played well yesterday. Still a large number of players missing, seven I can think of. A few of the regular trialists in the team again. Andy Mullen scored.

S.Irvine
Very impressed with the lad McMullan Very good player. Quick, hard as nails, for a boy who looks about 3 stone. When we heard Jim had went to Forth, we expected Gary to go. How's young Kris settling in?
Gonna Wanarurs
Kris settling in really well, looks as if he has played with the guys around him for years, think having Chris McGroarty beside him can only help, just needs to curb his enthusiasm a touch as ended up with a red last night but already looking the part. Ive also been really impressed with Gary McMullen looks as if he could be a great signing for us. Forth have got a really good blend of youth and auld heeds and a lot if quality in all of the 18 lads we have signed. Onwards and upwards

Ah did say in response to your post in the forth forum, when you said you could understand Kris getting frustrated playing for "a weaker team", that what you saw is what you get with Kris. Plays with his heart on his sleeve. If you curb Kris's enthusiasm you'll end up with a weaker player.
S.Irvine
Tomorrows Sectional Cup game v. Carluke has been moved to Wishaw Sports Centre. The council have been doing much needed work to the pavilion at Victoria Park but are slightly behind schedule. Striker Paul McManus has joined the club from amateur football. jk88
Is it astro Stevie or the old wishaw juniors pitch behind the sports centre?
S.Irvine
Think it'll be the astro keanie. We where down there playing the charity game couple of weeks ago and the grass pitch looked a mess. Don't think its been used in years. You got a team this year?

S.Irvine
Sore one mate. At your age - a veteran junior! - injuries take that much longer to heal!!!! Lol. Get yourself along to the game tomorrow if you've nothing doing, you'll know a lot of the "new" boys

wishawloyal
Well done to all involved in the charity event. I noticed the score from Saturday. Did the sending offs have an impact on the game or where Carluke always in control?
S.Irvine
Bit of both. First red had impact, 2nd didnt. Carluke scored 9 & 13 th mins & in between Newmains missed a sitter after the keeper couldn't hold a Bulloch freekick n the rebound was missed. Then had two great chances at 0-2, hitting the post and striker when 1 v. 1 with keeper squared the ball when he should have shot, & chance was missed. Rovers got 3rd on 45 mins. First red card was on 47 mins for Allison for handball on the line, Carluke scored penalty. Then mostly all Carluke. Second sending off for bulloch in last two minutes after all the damaged had been done. Poor marking at corners lead to 3 of the 1st 4 goals.
