Obviously concerns about fitness but Levein for all his faults, doesn't give many people second chances so he must be convinced Walker's head is in the right place. If he's fit and focused he's easily good enough for this league and gives us creativity we need. He played in the middle for Peterborough more often than not before missing the second half of the season through injury The single biggest gap in last seasons squad was an effective backup for Steven Naismith We were able to lose a our entire starting back four and replace them with another back four that was perfectly adequate but without Naismith we had all sorts of problems. Walker might well be the understudy and eventual replacement for Naismith. Of course he also might be a disaster.
