The way it should be. I don't really have a problem with mentioning Ross in the statement. There is an imagined narrative there which the club are tapping into to drum up a bit of interest. Apparently Dan Stendel was (gently) fired because he was trying to poach a bunch of staff and sneak off to another club behind the board's back and in violation of his contract.
