Using the wages he waived due to the Corona lockdown to pay for a guy to take over his job. The Hearts Human Resources Team really are some boys. They obviously want the contents of the letter to be made public, but can't share it - apparently, they want this week's hearing to be public as well. Perhaps no coincidence that the statement was put out ten minutes before the Saturday Sportsound show.
