Can bet your bottom dollar all the Hearts fans would trade the 5-1 game if it excused the following:

  • Administration I
  • Relegation I
  • Relegation II
  • Impending Administration II
  • Hibs winning the cup in 2016 in the greatest Scottish Cup Final ever seen with the most drama, with Hearts playing a major role in our route to the cup.

If anything, the 5-1 game killed Hearts as a club, as it sounded in the final bells of the cash-doping (cheating) era before the stark reality of living within your means came home to roost.  Hearts have suffered massively since 2012.  Hibs have only gotten stronger.

Keep talking you silver tongued devil 👿

The original Edinburgh derby blanket.

The derby that won us Edinburgh’s first Scottish cup.

Hearts final= a non event.

Hibs final = a glorious moment forever more in the memories of every football fan(Scottish)for decades to come.

I missed the Hibs - Rangers final because it clashed with Test Match Special’s coverage of the first test against Sri Lanka

What was good about it apart from your preferred team winning?
