Cowdenbeath 2014/15 Championship Thread

See a Rangers supporters group got in the home end with tickets at the Dumbarton game yesterday, no doubt this will happen here.

They did. We also had this monstrosity hung up at the stadium*. It's a horrible experience playing them home or away.

*Cheers to 'Howlin Wilf' for the photo

We have got good players in our team. Why are we still chopping and changing at this stage in the season?

The teams immediately above us are no better than we are. With a settled formation, and with guys like Gallagher and Kudus in attacking roles, we can move out of the relegation zone.

At the end of last season, it was only when we went back to a tried and trusted formation in which the players clearly understood their role that we secured our place in the championship - and in some style.

Despite our shambolic start to the season, there's still everything to play for. Jimmy needs to be clear about (a) his best formation and (b) his preferred first pick. To stay in this league we need united management, team and fans. It can be done.

Exactly Ron.

Horrid. Feel for the guys at the club but it seems like there's f**k all we can do. It happens time and time again.

Reading about all the Rangers fans in the home end v Dumbarton - actively supporting Rangers just reaffirms my lack of interest in the home game v Rangers. I dont think I've ever been less interested in a Cowden game. There will probably be upwards of 100 of them in the home end. If they are vocally supporting Rangers they better be removed by stewards and the police. I hope the club makes this clear to the constabulary before the game as it's unacceptable. All it does is f**k your own fans over.

Make a statement before the game warning that any fan found to be supporting Rangers in the home end will be immediately removed and quote the relevant rule that backs this up. Get them to f**k. Sounds like the Dumbarton game could have escalated into something more.

It's a shame for people who work hard at the club and fans who are proud of supporting us as we will be in the limelight the next couple of weeks and we will look like a amateur club. You can't argue when the pitch looks like that and we are powerless to do anything.

It is frustrating that a lot of people help the groundsman out of the love of the club just to see all their hard work torn apart by the stock cars.
