The Spider
I'd have been absolutely thrilled if we had kept him, but I suspected from his demeanour at the end of the season that he didn't think we'd done enough to help him overcome his injury (i.e. send him to see a specialist), so if that's true I can't really blame him for going elsewhere, but a big question mark still remains about the amount of damage his legs have taken from continual kickings during the last couple of seasons, and if he continues to be targetted by opponents then I predict that Queen's have already been the beneficiaries of his best years. I genuinely wish him luck wherever he ends up as his quality is seldom seen at this level, and Paul Harvey was the last in a Spiders' jersey to be that much of a class above the rest. Kenzie
Regardless of where Anderson plays football next season, he'll remain a God. Best player I've seen play for QP. Agree, my all time favourite player, a real joy and pleasure to watch. Although, losing him to the Dirties leaves a bit of a sour taste (no disrespect to Rovers, he's better than this level). I thought he was immensely loyal, to both QP and Kilbirnie previously (where he wasn't wanting to move away from), but it looks as if his loyalty was to Gardner and not the club. Hopefully we'll do what every team against did us this season and kick lumps out of him, it's the only way the stop him.
Gall09
As totally scunnered as i will be if he does go to Albion Rovers, he goes with my best wishes. As said above, an absolute joy to watch and one of the best QP players ive ever seen. If he does end up playing against us next season, anybody who boos him will be met with a swift dick up their arse.

Armand 2
Think I'll take in a few more Queen's games next season when possible. Quite interested to see how some of the Junior players handle the step up, particularly Paul Woods and should they sign from Clydebank, Ciaron McElroy and wee Archie. the_bully_wee
I believe Archie is Ross "Archie" McPherson, another Clydebank player. Looks a good player from the little I have seen of him; usually plays the lone striker role which would fit into QP's pre-Gus system perfectly. For once, you've been of use. 16 goals in 24 games according to the Bankies site. More than a decent return. I'd expect to see Accies loan Brophy out again because they've gone up, but I'd imagine that they'd probably want to see him at a League 1 or lower Championship side for his development. Armand 2
Who's wee Archie? As the_bully_wee has said, it's Ross MacPherson, an ex-Airdrie youth player. Stocky centre forward, runs the channels quite well, capable of scoring a variety of goals. Not convinced that he won't follow the money and sign for one of the Ayrshire Junior teams, though. Replays
I've seen a number of Clydebank games over the past few seasons (my dad's a Bankie) and he's been a player I've always wanted Clyde to sign. Would be an excellent signing for Queen's Park imo.

Shannon
Use have signed Darren Miller from Irvine Meadow. Was a big player for us in 2nd half of last season from centre midfield. Good energy, pace, passing and scored a couple of crackers too. Will do well for Queens Park. Played with Albion Rovers at start of last season. an86
Shaun Fraser also supposed to have signed from Medda. He any good?
Andyboy
Queen's are going to have a 40 man squad next season when we add all these juniors onto our existing pool of top drawer talent.
The Spider
yes, but we also have two trophies to defend (how many other teams get to say that!) so we need to maintain our strength in depth at Strollers level too
Shannon
Shaun Fraser also supposed to have signed from Medda. He any good? Hope he hasnt signed as a top player. Better than Miller id say and can also play up front. Scored 12 goals and our 2nd top scorer. His indiscipline and constant booking for dissent is only major downside. Had five double yellows this season.

Francesc Fabregas
Shaun Fraser also supposed to have signed from Medda. He any good? Stenhousemuir had him on loan in 2011-12, Davie Irons had taken him from Partick Thistle for a couple of months. Comfortably the most limited player I've ever seen at Ochilview, in pretty much every aspect. Apparently he'd been a rugby player for most of his youth until switching to football in his early teens. Surprised he's been offered terms at a senior club again to be honest, but maybe he's improved a lot since then. I can only hope so, anyway.
