That would be a start. Graham Hunter allows someone else to speak and have an opinion? Remarkable.

Saturdays going to be fun - and even better I will be sober !!! Maybe we should amalgamate. When I was a regular Hibs at home was always one of the games I looked forward to. https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2639&season=1963-64&squad=Senior https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2784&season=1966-67&squad=Senior https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2831&season=1967-68&squad=Senior https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2893&season=1969-70&squad=Senior https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2949&season=1970-71&squad=Senior Here are a couple I don't look back on so often... https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=5703&season=1964-65&squad=Senior https://afcheritage.org/matches/fixtures/mreport.cfm?fixture_id=2864&season=1968-69&squad=Senior
betting competition
44 minutes ago, DrewDon said: I have been pretty supportive of Goodwin up until last night, and I basically don't like sacking managers in the middle of a season as a rule unless absolutely necessary. But I just don't see how he can survive until Saturday after that. If we concede first against Hibs and he is in the dugout, it will be absolutely toxic; either that, or totally apathetic, which is arguably even more damning. An extremely generous reading might be that Cormack is waiting for a response from a preferred replacement before committing to sacking Goodwin, but that would require a degree of foresight. I'm the same with Goodwin but I don't see much of a choice of Managers and after seeing how bad Ebbe Skovdahl was I'm worried if we go foreign. Maybe it worth putting Robson in charge till the end of the season. -
betting competition
https://www.afc.co.uk/2023/01/24/in-memoriam-2/ Everyone at Aberdeen FC was very saddened to learn of the passing of former player Patrizio Billio. The Italian midfielder was at Pittodrie during the 2002/2003 season, making 12 appearances for the first team, scoring once. Our thoughts are with his family and friends. Maybe it worth putting Robson in charge till the end of the season. If I was Robson I would be very wary about taking the job on til the end of the season. If he's a caretaker it will be even more difficult to persuade any defenders to sign up before the end of the month. It would be a pretty tough gig, and could ruin his chances of getting a full time managerial position in the long run (assuming that's what he wants). Ric
I feel Robson would placate the fans, being a club legend and all that, but on the flip side you wouldn't be expecting league success with a rookie manager. Would Aberdeen fans be happy with another season of rebuilding the team? I don't see Cormack bringing in an expensive, but tried and tested manager.

Just because one person didn't work out the whole of a geographical region is written off. Going by that principle you should never have another Scotsman anywhere near the job.
