Ha, imagine.

At least he'd stop scoring against us.

Given that he currently doesn't play for any Scottish team, he's less likely to score against us currently than if he played for us. 😉

Can't believe he's only 29, feels like he's been around forever. Would be an outstanding signing, but sadly can't see it happening.

Bit surprised we have brought in another wide player. Would have thought a creative central midfielder and defensive cover were more of of a priority.

Cormack did say they were working on 2/3 more - hoping that another wide player means it's 3 instead of 2

According to Fleetwood Town fans we bought Shayden Morris for £250k - we must be nearing 2m spending on transfer fees this season. Seems each game we have a new signing come in. We do need another in Defence and also Centre midfield.

I think the Celtic game showed a need for another in defence. Weird position to be in as we'll probably be fine for the other 10 teams.

Centre mid should be fine once Barron is back and fit. We need someone behind the striker though.

Think Besuijen will be playing behind the striker than the wing

A lot of money to spend on unproven players.

Would rather put the money for Ramsay and Ferguson to use and have a bit of ambition with signings than go down the loan route which won't do us any favours longterm. Highly unlikely that every player will be a success, but a chance to uncover some real talent and get a bit of solidity here.

Agree with that, but would have preferred a bit more balance between punt and established. Especially if we're going to be shelling out large transfer fees.

Aye, I reckon that's fair enough, but are we meaning more about 'established' in the sense of in Scotland? Ie Stewart certainly has the experience, but just not at this level per se. The problem is that it feels like a lot of the so-called experienced players we have taken on in recent seasons (Gallagher, even Maynard who apparently had 'pedigree') turned out to be utter shite.
