Good second half display by us and what a player Christie is!

Think that's the last of Stockley we'll see, hopefully he will be punted back to England as we pursue Moult/May/whoever else Deek has in mind.

Can see Storey going too

Superb result last night well done, be interesting to see how much coverage the Dons get in the media, there will be more about Bruno Alves joining a pub team and Griffiths being a fuckwit, than praise for you guys.

On a selfish note do you think progressing to the next round will enhance or decrease our chances of signing Storey any time soon?

Name the 4,5 or 6?

Patrick Roberts, Scott Sinclair, Tom Rogic, Stuart Armstrong are the definites. You could argue about Callum McGregor being better at the moment. The long shot sixth one was Liam Henderson.

All six played in a role Christie also played in, yet all six (plus Forrest) played more. This is all in terms of current ability.

If he can bring in another attacker this week he'd let Storey move

Very impressive performance which has lifted the spirits of all Scottish fans .

Would think Aberdeen are well placed to overcome the Cypriot team in the next round. Wont be easy though as the standard of Cypriot football has significantly improved in recent years.

The Dons are fairly paying us back for the wilderness years. That was something special last night for all of us. Here and at home.
I want to lovingly stroke Derek Mcinnes' beard.

I would actually love it if Sevco binned Pedro and made their move for McInnes and The Doc who promptly told them to f**k off and put to bed once and for all their false belief that he is only hanging on at pittodrie to gain his return to ibrox.

The team we play to finished ahead of the Cypriot team that humped the team that humped Sevco.

Not going to be easy but still got a great chance. Play off round and the standard of team we could draw is where the land of milk and honey really begins

So 4 then.

Thank you.

When's Stevie May signing again?

Alan Burrows on Twitter there replying to a guy and pretty much saying that the Record are wide of the mark in terms of what Motherwell value Moult at or would be willing to accept (£500k according to the Record).

Genuinely quite curious as to how much Aberdeen/McInnes would be willing to go to for the player. Presumably they must know Motherwell's valuation and that their position is clear. If (by implication) Burrows is saying that they would kb £500k then would Aberdeen be willing to go to £600k-£700k?

No way should we be thinking about spending more than say £400k guaranteed plus maybe more contingent on top.

Not worth it considering the free or loan players we can get hold of.

And he's cup tied for the league cup

Lets wait till January and pick him up for pennies

I think the last couple of games have shown why McInnes is seemingly so keen to land Moult. Stockley struggled to make an impact last night, and Rooney was poor at Pittodrie (following on from a below-par last season).
