I agree, if we haven't lost out, then there's no issue. I'd go further though, if we can access players we otherwise couldn't with innovative deal structures, why not give it a shot. If one in three works out that would be grand. The thing that makes it seem a little implausible for me is that Cormack has generally been a lot more open with fans than Milne was. I know there's an element of muppets who think this makes us Atlanta's puppet club and their ego can't handle that. But the vast majority of fans wouldn't have an issue with it provided we don't lose anything from the deal, so it doesn't make sense to keep it a secret.
