Mark McGhee’s first game in the 6th tier of English fitba ended in a 3-0 home defeat

Look at No 11 for the opposition

The Eastbourne team names and the ref/linos sound like they’re all regens from championship manager.

Good Old Jeffrey though!

In those few hours in Groningen's Grote Markt back in July 2014 before it 'got a bit tasty' - I recall many chants, but none moreso than the Monakana one.....

New signing in for Sunday ?

Maybe the Greg Halford rumour is true ?

Not someone I’d ever heard of tbh.

Sounds a decent utility player but I’d be hoping for more of an out and out right back tbh.

Have we got any decent younger guys capable of stepping up?

Spent his entire career playing at a good level at some biggish clubs. Decent pedigree and will give Logan some competition at right back. Looks good on paper.
I do wonder why it's taken him so long to find a new club though.

Yep these signings can look good on paper but you always have to wonder why a good player is sitting without a club in late February.

Good luck to him, welcome Greg.

So I’m not taking the credit for suggesting it was Greg Halford earlier today.

There was definitely someone on P&B in the last 2 weeks who suggested this.

So who is the one in the know ?

Cracking signing btw.

You know exactly why.

Is DM banned from every Bookie and Casino on the Planet ?

A lot of his signings are fantastic reputation players, that other clubs won’t take a risk on due to fitness/injury record it seems.

Not knocking it. When it works it works. But when it doesn’t we have an injury list....

This is a good addition to what I still think is a good squad. If he gets a run out tomorrow I’m feeling better about Sunday.

Must be doing ok i take it ?

I can see us letting Wright go permanently to Dundee in the summer.

Anderson will be back next season though to fight for his place.

He's 34 so only likely to be playing for a season or two and likely to be looked at as cover at this level. Might be that he didn't fancy playing for a lower league team having been a borderline PL player.

Or he could be shite/made of balsa wood

Looking forward to the game we play the Levein back 4:

Halford (6'4) Devlin (6'2) McKenna (6'3) Considine (6')
