We have absolutely no ball retention ability in the opposition half. I'm pretty sure Kennedy is exclusively a winger, so would seem a bit of a redundant signing even though he may well be an improvement in the squad. Wingers are no use if you can't get the ball to them. I can't think of any realistic signings in the no. 10 role in Scotland who would be good enough though. Edit: Possibly Kyle Magennis? Not sure I understand the Lindsay rumour. He'd be an improvement alongside McKenna, but there's no way we could afford him unless he comes as a makeweight in a deal for McKenna. In that case he'd likely be a loan, which is pointless. We'd be better off waiting until the summer if we're going to sell McKenna and make a play for Findlay as a replacement. Unless of course Cormack wants to show real ambition and go and get Lindsay to play alongside McKenna!
