The Famous Aberdeen - Season 2022/23

We have two fit centre halves and he’s one of them - I’m hoping the priority is getting someone else in.

We’ll still get several million for McKenna in January or next summer - so no point in overly jeopardising our European chances.

Tierney fee agreed apparently, I wonder if there'll be a butterfly effect which impacts this McKenna situation.....

They just earned £25 million for a cripple (9 games so far in 2019, hernia and pelvic issues - not even sure when he last played!), so I'd expect a bid of about a fiver from them for a fit and healthy McKenna.

That LB they signed is absolutely atrocious [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]. What a bomb scare he was tonight.

3M for that [emoji23][emoji23]. I’d be expecting 20M for McKenna if that’s what they pay...

Can see Mckenna staying till jan at least .. bigger offers came in last year at that time and expect the same.  .Celtic ain’t putting up the cash and looks like they seriously need a full back after last night .  so that ain’t happening and we are not going to buckle . Aye changed days now and praise towards the board .  Might be very tempting offer later today fae down south so you never know.  .

Zak the defensive cover he was always looking at.  sure mcinnies will improve him and the lad takes  his opportunity .  might nae see lot big Ash this season  if this guy can play centre half as well as full back .  .  Squad for me is  best shape it’s been under mcinnies . . hopefully Mckenna still here after tonight .

He's on the Aberdeen squad list on UEFA.com already.

I'm assuming that's not something any old random can edit?

I never noticed that we had a younger keeper called Samuel Jackson.  If his middle name doesn't begin with L I'll be so disappointed.

Scott Burns yesterday was saying Vyner would be a loan until January.

Some unsuspecting Bristol City fan selfie hunting not trying for a transfer scoop spotted him on holiday flight from bristol to croatia yesterday

Would guess priority is registering him for the Rijeka ties ahead of the deadline and any photocall etc.

EE say he's still in Bristol.  Waiting for Milne's jet?

How on earth you could expect a centre half to do a turn when he won't have even met his own team mates or management, never mind gleaned anything about the opponents is beyond me.

Hopefully this is emergency back-up rather than a likely replacement for McKenna following confirmation of his sale at 4.49pm.
