MOFOREVER Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 If a vacancy does arise I'd prefer a player/manager who has a good playing career as a track record and who would jump at the chance to start in management. We have no 'general' on the field and that's been a problem for ages. If we simply get another Manager he would still have problems on a NIL budget and only the present squad to work with - and still no leader on the pitch. Having said that, we do have some decent players (yeah I know!) so maybe a good man manager would get more out of them but at present we are just drifting. Players like Ross McCord should be in the team every week as they actually want to play football instead of the classic punt and chase tactic of shields.
