BFTD Posted August 13, 2015 Share Posted August 13, 2015 "Let's dialogue on this" - The acronym FTP is thrown around a lot in my work and even though I know it's File Transfer Protocol, every time I hear it I think Bob Malcom's sneaked in. FTP turns up surprisingly often as an acronym. and I never know what it's supposed to stand for. It's still File Transfer Protocol to me, but I've heard it used on several occasions where the people involved definitely weren't network technicians, and almost certainly weren't talking in coded bigotspeak.
