Boyd definitely offski, Sevco in for him now.

Tough times at Rugby Park. Despite having one of the best strikers in the league last season, they still required a knicker wetting last day escape.

Imagine how bad they'd have been without him? Looks like we're going to find out soon enough...

Is Jamie Fowler still with you. I am hearing that he may sign for Queens as a player coach What kind of player is he has his best days gone or could he still do a job for us.

Out of contract this summer and unlikely to stay. He's accumulated over 400 Premiership/SPL appearances, so that means exactly what you'd imagine it to. A solid guy who'll give everything he's got for the team. Poor passer of the ball, and not a phenomenal tackler either - what he lacks in technique he makes up for in determination. Your typical 'traditional' British player.

Made a difference when he started against St Mirren in the penultimate game of the season (albeit he did get sent off), but is probably done at Premiership level. Would be a decent acquisition for Queens.

Allan Johnston has told fowler he wants to keep him on, but no concrete offer has been made and fowler himself isn't confident of getting a new deal.

In other words like last year AJ hasn't a fn clue . A club stalwart deserves better treatment than this . If he wants to keep him ,why didn't he play him more often last season instead of farming him out ?

Exactly! He was told he wouldn't be In contention for a place so had to leave on loan. It's ridiculous how poor they've treated him. He deserves a player coach deal as he has his Uefa A licence!

He's very much an attacking full-back - quick getting forward and likes to cross and shoot as much as possible. Defensively his positioning is poor and he's not the best tackler, but his pace gets him out of trouble quite a lot. As for how he'll cope in the Championship, you'd probably be better asking the Cowdenbeath fans that.
