the hard work we put in for the love of the club

Do you want an approx. estimate of the MONEY some long standing fans have put into the club ? , well done for doing the work you do many fans would do the same ,  but don't

underestimate the average fan's love of the club and the money put in its a thankless task being a fan sometimes when your opinions are not heard /ignored  .

but in the end we choose to for the reasons stated above, no one is giving you stick for your work ,its your posts some have an issue with , storm in a teacup to be fair though .

I just think the whole thing is a shame.

Local derbies against Stirling have been a rarity in recent times and i am sure we all have great memories of all our tussles with the Albion and here tonight on a beautiful night we should all be buzzing to get along to the game.

However in reality both sets of supporters are going to be in reduced numbers due to the ridiculous pricing policy and it is going to feel like a glorified friendly played in front of a man and his dog.  I agree that nobody is forcing anyone to attend games but in my opinion that is not the point, i think there are plenty would like to attend but the pricing means that they cant, especially if they have a couple of kids to bring along also.

I understand that the club runs a tight ship and have done a great job in hard times but cant work out their stance on this.

It is frustrating that the build up to this game is dominated by this debate, I used to love these games, but I don't even think I will go tonight as I think the £18 is crazy.

I also agree with some other posters that the format of this competition is poor, need to go back to the old format for me of knockout ties.

Did I not earlier make a post making an argument for £12? and pointed out they were two sides in the bottom tier?

But I don't think we are bottom tier and I think £15 (coincidentally middle ground between our price and minimum pricing) is acceptable to watch a game of football without "club official" sirens going off

The joke being that the former is false while the latter is true. Bit of a whoosh I see.

Maybe a Leo v Red wrestling match at half time would boost the crowd.

I've got a broken toe like David Haye. Got to get the excuses in early.

I’m sure some people may know, but for those who don’t there is a new Fantasy football Scotland app, I will leave the link to the app on Apple devices below, on Android just type in Fantasy football Scotland and it should pop up

https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/fantasy-football-scotland/id1469063365

I have created a league for all Pie and Bovril users if anyone wants to join, we already have around 30 people in the league just from the initial thread so hopefully we can get more, the code to join the league is

PRANJXBW

Hopefully we can get a good amount of people in :)
