Of course it's gonna be difficult we've just been relegated into a league with several full time teams, hence a similar budget. He never really managed to nail down a place even though we were crying out for a wide player with a bit of pace and creativity last season. Can't say I would have wanted him back at the Recs for a third spell but perhaps QoS will get a tune out of him, he certainly has a few attributes to work with. Hope he does well. It's a bit like buying a team all but no one wants to play! Having an active website doesn't just mean tell us about signing, match reports. Covid has probably severely restricted the amount of potential interaction that can be achieved with new signings etc. We can't report signings till the deals are done, and the contract statuses were all out of sync this year due to the pandemic (I'm sure it's preciously been mentioned a lot of players weren't out of contract till June) In terms of additional content going on the website- the guy absolutely knocked his pan in last season and is probably enjoying a very well earned break. Appreciate there's perhaps a duty to advertise the club to the consumers/supporters but there also needs to be a degree of understanding in terms of numbers of personel at the club. Might look at another call with the chairman in the coming weeks via zoom if folk are interested. I applaud the fact that LeodhasXD has single handedly kept the OS going, been the cameraman for the games ans all other things he does. But if he is covering 6 disciplines, wouldn't it be easier with 2 people covering 3 or 3 people covering 2 disciplines? This way, if someone is not available for whatever reason, the shortfall can be covered. Where as, if LeodhasXD isn't available, all the eggs that were in one basket are no longer available.
