You are essentially selling an accepted level of standard of life, with a group who promise milk and honey and that everyfink will be better, if you just trust us. It's not an easy job. p&b is a disgrace Posted August 25, 2014 Share Posted August 25, 2014 Darling was my constituency MP for a while - and did a fantastic job. Did exactly what you'd want your MP to do, focussing on the needs of his constituency rather than following the party line. Always accessible, he listened and was always supportive. Then he moved up, became chancellor and a bit of a Cnut. I believe that there was a direct correlation between his credibility and his Barnett to eyebrow colour match.
