Ross. Posted December 24, 2015 Share Posted December 24, 2015 The winding up order from HMRC is a common tactic to get teams to pay up. I think Cardiff had 4 served in a year not long ago. Seems everything depends on the owner writing off the debt owed to him. Been reports for quite a while saying he is not in the best of health.
