I have been watching a lot of physics videos on You Tube recently though. True story: it took me 9 hours yesterday to realise that when the news was talking about £5m worth of apple products being stolen from a lorry on the M1, they weren't talking about Bramley Apple sauce. I believe it's to do with familiarity with the question setter(s) and their way of thinking. Back in the '80s when I used to empty trivia machines like it was going out of style, I would get far more guesses right than the law of averages would suggest was right - because one answer just "seemed" right.
