xbl
f**k off with hiding it in an obscure sub-forum eh? Its white paper launch day, why today of all days to hide the discussion in a sub forum? http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-25100152 Live stream here. H Wragg
Seems a bit strange, given there are a grand total of 2 threads in the sub-forum.

xbl
Two threads. Thats right, two. And the move was on white paper launch day too.

The Master
Seems a bit strange, given there are a grand total of 2 threads in the sub-forum. There'll be three soon.

Bowers
It's a conspiracy You can hear Alex Salmond with his excuse already, " The main reason we lost the referendum was due to DIv moving the thread to a sub forum"
George Parr
It fucking stinks. I don't see the problem tbh. We've had specific sub-forums for big events before (World Cup etc) and traffic will increase as we get closer to polling day. It makes sense to move it now as I expect a few more threads may spring up re aspects of the White Paper. Is moving it really that bad?

The Master
What, moving it precisely on what is the biggest day so far for the campaign? Yes. As Div once said, if you don't like it, f**k off.
yoda
The average independence voter can't scroll down a bit further and be arsed clicking on a different forum. Do we really trust the voting behaviour of these people? Vote Better Together.
xbl
BBC comments classy as ever: Paul Latham from Glasgow emails: I'm not interested in independence. Alex Salmond spends more time (and money) wishing to be known as King Alex and is too fuzzy on the actual details. Scotland is better as part of the UK. gc_smfc
What, moving it precisely on what is the biggest day so far for the campaign? Which is also likely going to be the day, that more people are informed about what an Independent Scotland may be like, sparking debate and general questioning. If anything it's only going to get more people involved, which is only a good thing. Especially if it moves out of the current tedious thread. WILLIEA
Very sensible decision to move it to its own sub forum imo.
TheScarf
Waste of time this. The majority will vote no IMO.
The Moonster
I'd like it to be split into different threads for the different issues. The main thread can be difficult to follow and it makes it far easier for trolls to ruin. Sub-forum isn't a bad idea.
George Parr
What, moving it precisely on what is the biggest day so far for the campaign? Makes absolute sense to me rather than creating a sub-forum when no one is looking.
xbl
Embarrassing questions so far. Clearly journalists who haven't been following the debate. ETA, I can understand it from non Scots or CDU journalists, but from people who supposedly know better?
