Adrian Madaschi
The build up to Raw in Liverpool next week should be no network, we riot, would be hilarious watching WWE trying to handle 15,000 angry scousers for 3 hours.
Ira Gaines
The build up to Raw in Liverpool next week should be no network, we riot, would be hilarious watching WWE trying to handle 15,000 angry scousers for 3 hours. They handled an angry Chicago crowd, a city already notorious for their fucking horrendously smarky crowds, very well indeed.
Quentin Taranbino
Aye they will have barrett come out and make an announcement about it as he will be cheered. Either that or it will be edited as it's pre-recorded when in uk

Lyle Lanley
The WWE Network launch officially in the U.K. was called off at the last minute due to the same reason that the original 10/1 date of the launch was moved back, which is ongoing negotiations. We will have more on this story tonight on our radio show.
Big River
Came home from work expecting to get this on my laptop and see what the fuss is about. Delaying it until further notice minutes before it's about to launch is an absolute dick move tbh.
gav-ffc
Surely if the negotiations were ongoing last week why was it announced it would launch yesterday. What a sham.

Sherrif John Bunnell
Pretty embarrassing stuff from WWE. I assume they tried to call Sky's bluff and Rupert called in the lawyers. Not only has the network been a complete disaster, but Vince could now have ruined one of his most lucrative and secure overseas TV deals. I'm sure the investors will be chuffed with that. TNA might outlast them at this rate. Hopefully the UK crowds shit on every mention of the network when they are over here.
Shuggie_Murray7
I'd pish myself if they had a secret 'Network only' match on the Liverpool show.

DA Baracus
The Network has been a comical shambles since it was thought of. They were supposed to release it at least 2 years ago remember. They seem to have MASSIVELY overestimated the number of subscribers they were going to get. They were apparently assuming at least a million folk, from America alone, were going to sign up within the first month. They are seemingly only at about 750000 worldwide just now. Because it's actually a great 'product' and fantastic value for money, they're losing shitloads of cash over it. They should have offered 3 or 4 PPVscfor free on the Network to start with and priced the others at about £5 if you were a subscriber. The PPV companies are raging and loads have stopped carrying the shows. They should never have delayed the UK launch so long after the US one. They've had years to talk to companies like Sky to sort things out but are scrambling around at the last minute causing more delays. The main issue of not enough subscribers is down mainly to the shite served up on Raw and Smackdown most weeks and more often than not on the PPVs. It's a stale, crappy product all too often with the same shit (Cena especially) over and over. As we all point out all the time, they have loads of great talent but are shitebags who won't push them. And of course the writing is horrendous. Edited November 4, 2014 by DA Baracus
Sherrif John Bunnell
They seem to have MASSIVELY overestimated the number of subscribers they were going to get. They were apparently assuming at least a million folk, from America alone, were going to sign up within the first month. They are seemingly only at about 750000 worldwide just now. The casual audience that makes up the vast majority or Raw viewers and Wrestlemania buys have no interest in having any more wrestling in their lives. Three hours on a Monday is more than enough for most. That's why nobody (including WWE) cares about Smackdown or their other shows.
PrestersKTID
$9.99 per month for 750000 people is Almost $90million revenue per year. Can't imagine they're losing out tbh. They already own all the footage afaik. Just won't be winning as much as expected...plus xmas just around the corner, probably more subscriptions then.
