They'll fix the egregious ones, but everyone would be disappointed if you couldn't steal things by picking them up and just moving out of everybody's sight. Double checked my laptop specs and they report this: INTEL® Core™ i7-4720HQ Mobile Processor 2.60 GHz 6M Smart Cache, Max Turbo Freq. 3.60 GHz Might just need to pick up a PS4 and get it for that but then I'll miss out on all the modding fun. CPU speed is largely irrelevant, I wouldn't be concerned about that all. For example, I've got a Six-core Intel Desktop CPU and the stock speed for it is 3.2 GHz, and I can say with certainty that it will have no problem with the game. Your graphics card is fine.
