NE63 exile Posted August 27, 2014 Share Posted August 27, 2014 An uncomfortable evening for the Staggies but credit where due for negotiating a potential banana skin. Another goal at 2-1 and Ross looked home and dry but there always was that threat with the one goal lead. Stranraer gave County a real fright in the end and were unlucky not to take the tie to extra time. Great save from Brown at the death to keep Sean Winter or else we'd just be leaving Stranraer now. Well done to the two County fans that made the long trip. A horrendous journey at the best time. I've just got in the door and they will have at least another 3 hours to go.
