It's approaching the end of June and I have arranged no pre-season friendlies as I currently have a squad of 6 players. Finding suitable players is a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. scottsdad Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Charis Mavrias, Abdel Barrada and Luka Djordevic (sp?) - took my Middlesborough team to 8th in the 2020-21 season. We were 14th, but won 7 or the last 8 games to just miss out on Europe. Scored more goals than any other team in the league, but only kept 3 clean sheets all season. George Bowerman seems to feature in our squad in most peoples transfer patches, despite never actually signing for us. For Clyde: Michael Oliver never signed on this season and Director "Gary Ballatyne" is actually "Gary Ballantyne". That's about it bar signings/releases during the season. HoBNob Posted January 23, 2014 Share Posted January 23, 2014 Finished second in my third season in the SPL with Dunfermline, never really in any danger of winning the title but I was comfortably better than the rest, got to the knockout stages of the Uefa cup aswell which was nice.
