Have you got something lined up or are you in a position where it doesn't matter?
Got something else lined up. I was very tempted to tell my current employers to shove it up their arse as soon as my new job was confirmed but missing out on a grand's worth of pay just isn't worth it for a quick "f**k you".

I'm actually going back to an old job of mine. I was there during the 2014 World Cup and my boss arranged my shifts so I didn't miss a single game. He called me last month asking if I wanted to come back so that was that.

Oh it’s nicely painted but battered there where there must’ve been a security chain. Think Mrs took it off as you couldn’t reach it without staining on a chair.

aye well she told me she had just got the curtains clean after last time

One trusts you have negotiated the upcoming Euros in the same manner?

Heading off to my first training session of 2021. Nice cheery top to brighten up the grey day.

6 days ago a friends dog got stolen. Today the dog was found. No details yet but pretty happy.

Eldest daughter has been accepted into a (very good/better) school outwith her catchment. I'm very pleased :)

Felt awful earlier as I was strimning the grass and a muckle big bumblebee came belted out from under the strimmer and rolled about 4 feet along the path...

Was then delighted when it picked itself up and flew off.

Larbert dwellers ought to be aware* that Scotlands hardest bumblebee is in the area, and likely not very happy.

Some gardeners were once strimming my front lawn (not euph) and caught a wee stone that was on the grass. It pinged across the street and smashed a neighbour’s front window. Absolute scenes as gardeners and neighbours faced-off over who was going to pay for it.

Just bought one of these.

Many a great day spent on the river in my youth. That’s my bank holiday sorted - just need to find the best river to test it out.

This turned into a bit of a disaster as I appeared to have ordered a spare for a Massey Ferguson.

That would make an excellent nodular cushion for Charles Adam Esq.
