Yeah, the gastroenterologist did give me a list of foods to avoid but this was most foods, and after 36 years of pleasing myself, it was/is difficult.

Glad that has settled for you and I hope the next set of results are good for you.

A jacket manufactured by the outdoor clothing brand Rab.

Never heard of them. I take it they're relatively new on the scene, as in appeared in the 4 years since I departed the motherland?

Couldn't see myself wearing a jacket called Rab anyway. Apologies to all the Robert's out there.

Just Googled them and the logo doesn't ring a bell. They obviously weren't stocked in the sophisticated fashion emporiums I frequented.

Was walking along a pavement this morning that runs alongside a dedicated cycle lane, and on the pavement I saw a pile of dog sh*te (tan brown type) with the imprint of a bike tyre right through the middle of it.  Pleasing.

First trackday of the year is booked.

It's Snetterton on the 22nd Feb.

No doubt it'll be cold and wet but ideal for a shakedown for the recently rebuilt bike and I can run in the rebuilt motor on the other one.

Looking forward to it :)
