Good result for you lads today, winning at Peterhead is something we rarely seem to manage. How do you fancy your chances of making the playoffs? Looks tight in the league, If you make it have you got the team to give it a good go? You’ve looked a good battling team the last few seasons but not seen much of you this season.

Please just win or lose on Tuesday, would be a big favour for us if it wasn’t a draw, we just need a win at least and the rest is in your hands. We may still get past Airdrie if it’s a draw, as we have the incoming 6-0 victory at Cove!

No chance that there will be a repeat of the pathetic Austria v West Germany carve-up, between two of the most objectionable nations in football.

With Craig Watson being suspended for the game v Airdrie ,presumably either  Slattery or Dunsmore will be brought in .

Personally I would like to see Cole McKinnon start to bolster the defensive side of midfield.

Up front hopefully both Kevin Smith and Ryan Wallace are fit to play.

Meanwhile the club are selling half-time draw tickets via the club shop.

Still not decided how to assess what is going to happen tomorrow for the three chasers for top 5. We have had a good record over EF at home in recent seasons even when we were duff, so obviously I hope it continues. However until we beat Falkirk our home form has been patchy, but we have started scoring first recently, and we all know how vital that can be. EF appear to be "weaker" away from Methil but it will be tense for all the sides. My internet was a bit dodgy tonight so hope it's all good at 7.45 tomorrow.

I agree with sammytroot the midfield has to be strengthened. Bringing in Mckinnon or Newton.

Our away form has ultimately been our undoing this season. Still stumped at how poor we are away compared to at home where we’re unbeaten.

Does it come down to coaching? as to why we’re so poor away. Not saying to get rid of Darren Young but questions need to be asked.

You been to Kirkcaldy recently?

He might get a chance to visit next season.

Airdrie seem to be hitting form at the right time. Only six points off top spot and will likely have a bit of momentum going into the promotion playoffs.

Somehow you just knew what was going to happen missed out on top 5 by one goal.. Over the 18 games we have shown flashes of brilliance, but on the road we have been an absolute failure. Can’t be to critical in a stop start season but being an East Fife fan you certainly need to prepare  for the low blows. It’s the hope that kills you but we have history of letting ourselves down in big games when it matters.

Got to look at DY and his assistant IMO.
Another goal lost from a corner, hw long have we been saying about sorting that out.
Why the reluctance to bring on subs, not just this game.
Board backed DY and he hasn't delivered, thanks for everything but time to go DY.

His contract is up for renewal but be careful what you wish for you would expect Patrick, Falkirk, Airdrie and Cove to be in top half as 3 of them full time and all will have a much larger budget than Darren. Montrose punching above their weight getting in top 5 but we only lost out by one goal. That’s not saying that some players have had their time and a good fresh up of the squad is required.
