The Simpsons best bits

Right lads, who would we have to play The Simpsons characters in a live-action movie?

I'll start with:

Ned Flanders - David Cross

Moe - Rich Hall

McBain - Arnold Schwarzenegger

(wildcard choice) Mr. Burns - Nicolas Cage

Doesn't David Cross more resemble Homer, what with the baldness and all?

Mrs Simpson may I remind you that you are under oath?

Fine. We drove around looking for another all you can eat seafood restaurant.

And when you couldn't find one?

We went fishing.

This is one of the most-overlooked moments of genius from the show. It's staggering how bloody good The Simpsons was in it's first decade. It might well constitute the best comedy in television history.

My favourite ever bit.

"That could have been me!!"

Whole episode is genius especially in Lionel Hutz office.

Homer: "So you think I have a case"

Lionel Hutz: "Mr Simpson I don't use the word hero very often. But you are the greatest hero in American history."
