NFL General Discussion

Quite happy if the Chargers play international games in Mexico from now on. It's a natural market for them, and saves the ridiculous nonsense of flying half way across the globe to play a regular season game. Zero personal interest in attending NFL games played outside the US anyway, so what's going on in London is a total irrelevance to me.

I think the games in Germany will be much better than the ones in London. I know the NFL is already very commercialised but London is just loads of folk who don’t care about the game and are there for the day out and wearing jerseys of teams who aren’t even playing, it’s more like a big pre season friendly.

Germany will be no different.

21 charges now against Watson.

I am not 100% convinced on this either way tbh.  I would pose the question however, who goes to a least 40 different massage therapists.  Most normal people would find one they are happy with and stick with them.  Of course variety is the spice of life so they say.

I'm very suspicious of the fact that none of this came to light until he made it clear he wanted to leave Houston.

Unless you think that people in Texas are raging at him and are doing this in some sort of revenge attack then I can't see the relevance.  There is absolutely no way the Texans have instigated or orchestrated this, they are potentially going to have to dump him when they could have at least traded him for some decent picks/players.

Former 49ers draftee Phillip Adams identified as the gunman who shot 6 people in NY state, killing 5 of them, before killing himself.

Not a big deal but it was in South Carolina.

As Boo said it looks like CTE was a factor, call me crazy but maybe banning guns and helping people who suffer from multiple blows to the head could be a shout.

Edeman released by the Patriots, officially listed as failed medical.
I suspect he will retire and then sign for the Bucs week 12 to be ready to play after the week 13 bye. His knees won't hold up for a full season, but should be ok for limited use for the last five games and the playoffs.
