Sydney Carton 38 Report post Posted July 3, 2020 I like it but I can see some folk objecting to Braves too ... I fear it will be something bland and corporate that offends nobody like Nationals or Capitols

Seems this is a major favourite because not only is it "patriotic" (and you know America) but also the whole HTTR, song, and sign of. Easy to change Redskins to Redtails in the lyrics etc...
Fife Saint 1,846 Report post Posted July 3, 2020 David Njoku is demanding a trade from the Browns.Dropped his agent for notorious super agent Drew Rosenhaus. I think Hooper coming in and drafting of Bryant means he's looking at a number 2 spot at best although he'd still see a lot of the field. He flattered to deceive tbh and had some big drops that you hoped he could iron out. Interesting to see what they get for him.

About time but I can see Snyder holding onto the name as a copyright though to stop the casino that started the campaign being named Redskins Bad news for everyone who hates seeing the NFC East on the telly every week, as this will see the NFL's most prestigious division dominate Prime Time again. If by "prestigious" you mean the division with the most annoying fans, that is accurate. With the current condition of the Giants and Redskins, no one should want to see those franchises on television.

This is similar to the Jamal Adams situation in that Njoku can say he wants to be traded, but he has no leverage to actually get traded. He's still under control for two more years. Like you've mentioned, the recent moves the Browns have made seem to have him out of favor, so they may try and move him, but they're certainly under no pressure to do so. Likely going to see how things go in camp.
