There’s a fortune to be made having an NFL team in Vegas - the NFL, the Raiders and the sponsors were always going to make sure it got done as quickly as possible. Stadium looks incredible, and 55k PSLs are sold out already. Just hoping it’s not too many locals buying them with the intention of making a load of cash in re-selling tickets every week...

So I’m assuming the other 12k-ish tickets not available for public sale will all be for casino comp purposes. 7,000 current season ticket holders in Oakland have retained, plus however many there will be coming from LA. But aye, I’d guess the atmosphere will be pretty flat a lot of the time.

lichtie23
Currently watching Eli’s retirement press conference. What a player he was for the franchise. Without a doubt the best trade the organisation ever done. Thanks for the memories and the 2 Super Bowls Eli

Salvo Montalbano
Figure this is the best place to put this as it probably gets the most traffic. The XFL have a rules explainer video which highlights some of the changes from the standard NFL rulebook. Sounds interesting, especially having the option of two forward passes. I wonder how many of these will end up in the NFL in time.
Uncle Psychosis
Really like the XFL overtime rules. Sounds like a lot of fun...
Bully Wee Villa
Don't mind the penalty shootouts, but would only have it for playoffs and after five minutes each way of overtime and just allow ties in the regular season. Don't like the two forward passes rule, the game is already too skewed in favour of the offense. Is it on British telly?
