Josh Rosen has been named starter for Arizona.

There were five QBs drafted in the first round, four are now starters.

Darnold won the starters job in the preseason, beating out Josh McCown and Teddy Bridgewater.

Mayfield has displaced Tyrod Taylor, after replacing him due to a concussion and leading the Browns to their first win in over a season.

Josh Allen displaced Nathan Peterman, who scored a QB rating of 0 in the first game of the season.

Rosen has displaced Sam Bradford, who is on a $20m deal and is a former first pick.

Jackson is sitting behind Joe Flacco, who seems to have played at a higher level this season in Baltimore.

Is this a top quality QB class or are teams just panicking following early losses?  The three first round QBs last season were Mitch Trubisky (starter by week 5), Patrick Mahomes (who started a single end-of-season game before beign given the job for this season) and Deshaun Watson (who came in at half-time of the opening game after originally being pegged as a backup).

From the 2016 draft Goff became started in week 9 and went to be a Pro Bowler in his second season, Wentz started straight away and would've been MVP in his second season were it not for his injury and Paxton Lynch was released pre season by Denver.  Dak Prescott, drafted in the fourth round, 135th is a starter and Pro Bowler.

Jimmy G confirmed as having a torn ACL, Sherman also out for a few weeks with a calf injury.

1-15 season here we come.

On the plus side a high draft pick for next seasons Super Bowl winning romp.

Ten points ahead in the fourth, got the Chiefs facing 2nd and 30. Yes, 30 yards... and feckin’ Vance Joseph and his hapless co-ordinators play man coverage, allowing ‘showtime’ Mahomes to rip us a new arse.

In this season’s competition to see who can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in the manner most suited to kicking your fans in the baws, the current score is Cleveland  Browns 2, Denver Broncos 1.

Come on Joseph, we can win this race, you hopeless chunt.

Pretty excited for a Chiefs v Rams SuperBowl NGL.

Given that the Broncos chances of making the Super Bowl are on a par with the chances of Morton reaching the Premiership, then I’m hoping that the Jaguars can make it through from the AFC. If they fail, then basically anyone bar New England will do me.
