I know Von is still productive, but injuries and age… great player…. three or four years ago.I am gutted because I felt he was going to be a one team guy but getting a 2nd and a 3rd for a guy who has had limited impact for the last 3 seasons (inc a missed season) is a nice bit of business.Just need to get Chubb to live up to his potential and we’re not going to miss him too much. Lots of articles about Von’s on and off-field contributions, and how it is the right move for both parties. If you read the Broncomania fan forums, it seems that the overall view is pretty much the same - gives Von one last run at a Super Bowl with a contender, but is a good trade. Will be interesting to see what Denver do with the two picks they are getting. Full re-build mode now on, and, funnily enough, the AFC West is still up for grabs despite us being completely ‘meh’. Only played one divisional game so far. I actually still believe we won’t win a divisional game all season, but at 4-4, we’re not out of it…. It feels a lot like the Talib move to the Rams, funny that, still gutted though. Package up those picks, with a few more and give them to the Texans. It doesn't matter what we do just now until Shurmur isn't calling plays, we could have anyone on offence and we will still look awful. way too predictable and no imagination. Can you see him dialing up something like the philly special? not a chance! Fangio isn't great and the defense which should be really good, isn't anywhere close to that billing. He needs replaced but he really isn't helped by his OC.
