They really need to look at a way to change the run off's at Eau Rouge and Raidillon.  Far too many instances of cars pilling into each other at the moment.
I've never been but is there not a sheer face just behind there which prevents the expansion of the run off area? Although why it isn't a gravel trap is a legit question

Feeling is cars slightly out of control and running wide could loose it on gravel rather than recover.

Fair enough. Could they look at the sandpaper type stuff at Paul Ricard?

Chain bear on YouTube did a good video (as he always does) on the subject and mentioned the forthcoming changes.

No great surprise to see Nascar f**k up again with off limit 'sausage kerbs' to keep the idiot drivers in the Xfinity series within the racetrack at Charlotte 'roval'. Just like at Indianapolis the halfwits are destroying they're cars so Nascar throw a red flag and spend ages  with hammers and blow torches to remove the off track limits. The drivers manage fine on road courses Sonama and Watkins Glen but just get these rovals to f**k and race on the proper ovals. As much as i've loved Nascar for decades they really are fucking amatuers!!

Tarran Mackenzie wins BSB emoji108.png

Was delighted to see him win it. The look on old Spud's face was epic.

Feel a little bit for O' Hallaran. According to my (slightly dodgy) arithmatic, he would have won it without the 'showdown'. I know it has its critics but I don't mind it. Same for everyone at the start of the season.

The racing this year has been intense. Already I can't wait for next year.

Now a five week wait for the last WSB round. Bloody hell!!! Come on Toprak!!!  :)

Still, we have Moto GP in the meantime, it's not all bad.

For this year I've much preferred BSB>WSBK>MOTOGP

BSB>Moto3>MotoGP>WSB for me.

Whilst I'll admit that the racing in WSB shades MotoGP, for me it's the absolute pinnacle of the sport. I'll always favour it.

And whilst I'm here, the Thundersport GB 500 Elite series has been stunning this year. Great to watch at every round.

Was great to see Tarran win, and if you've not seen Taylor's latest video about his decision to retire at 28, I highly recommend it.

Not sure about anyone else, but Moto 3 has equally entertained and scared me this season.  I love the close nature of the racing, but they really need to look at getting some separation between the bikes, pack racing is not a great thing, and we've had too many deaths of young riders already this season.

So Jack of all trades Jacques Vileneuve is attempting to qualify for the Daytona 500

https://www.autosport.com/nascar/news/jacques-villeneuve-set-for-nascar-daytona-500-entry/7223174/

I know he's a polarizing character, but I've always thought Jacques is/was one of the best all-rounded drivers, he can race mostly anything to a pretty high level, would be interesting to see how he gets on.

Helmet cam is magic. Leclerc's one at Abu Dhabi was tremendous viewing, although I reckon I'd be sick if I had to watch it for the whole race.

My favourite helmet cam has to be Peter Hickman's at the IOMTT.....not for the faint-hearted or those who get motion sickness
