The Naitch
Did anyone see the Earl Strickland documentary on Sky the other day? That was a cracking look back on his antics over the years.
Raven
Just that they have to break from closer to the middle of the table. There are little marks on the headstring between which they need to place the ball. Plus, the positioning of the racked balls.
1888bhoy67
The bounce of the cue ball on striking the 1 off the break is fecking mental since the rule change!!
meanmistermustard
Find the new new break markings like the D in snooker, making it far more interesting than the old way when it seemed more balls where being potted from the break and then the rack was run out. As said above is making the matches far more tactical especially with the white being hidden from the object ball (or vice versa) is also making it better viewing. Eventually the players will work where to break from to get balls down. Glad to hear they can't do safety breaks as otherwise it could get incredibly boring. Another rule change is that 3 balls having to pass the head-string has gone. Delighted Earl is back as he gets everyone else riled so damn easy, and already started by telling one of the European players who had made the shot that he had actually missed it and playing up to the audience. Love the Masconi Cup, far better than the Snooker over on BBC 2.

booitsme7
What a match between Hatch and Souquet but its Souquet that wins it 6-5 to give Europe a 7-0 lead.
meanmistermustard
7 Zip as the US would say. Earl enters the arena to try and stop the humiliation. Currently showing his greatest moments at the Mosconi

meanmistermustard
Trying to think of who would be the equivalent in snooker, can't think of anyone, they are all dull fucks.
meanmistermustard
You would think they'd tell the players to watch their language as the US keep using naughty words. Earl is already pissed off, or acting it. Loose cannon in the building. Edited December 3, 2013 by meanmistermustard
