How Ortega was able to throw anything close to a power punch in that 4th round after the amount of clean blows he had taken to the face was unreal. The UFC fighters are on a different level to the boxers in regards to the amount of punishment they take. So it's incredible what Max has been able to do. He's nowhere near done either. He hasn't faced 10 of the current top 15! His pressure and accuracy are insane, alas is his takedown defence. If he keeps making weight, he holds that title as long as he wants. Fisherman Posted December 10, 2018 Share Posted December 10, 2018 Just got round to watching that due to working all weekend. Tough having to avoid spoilers but definitely worth it! Was waiting on Oliveira for a 5 fold accumulator..... always had a feeling it would be a rnc loss though! Max is amazing to watch, kind of hope he just stays in this division and takes on all the new top guys, Moicano probably next up. Wouldn't mind seeing the Edgar fight and then Yair, Zabit, Bektic Mendes?! All great fights. Moicano is a very tough fight, he has the stand-up to compete with Max imo.
