He's claiming that he was just relaxing in the choke as he's taught/trained to do, hence why his arm had no resistance. Really tough call for a ref, not sure what he's supposed to do when he pulls a fighters arms and feels no life in it, but understand why the fighter might be a bit annoyed. Loved that main event.
