Jeremy, you really do smell quite strongly of piss.

One of my all time favourites is the scene "hes taking it up, hes taking it up, hes taking it down, hes taking it down"

Mark just blinking and going "taking it up, taking it up, taking it down, taking it down" gets me everytime.

The sweaty embrace of a moron

It's funny how Jez, despite being presented as nowhere near as socially inept as Mark, doesn't even come as close as Mark does to making a 'genuine' friendship during the entire nine seasons. Even his relationship with Hans is totally fucked up. Sure, he has that that episode with Jeff, but Jeff would eventually have realised that Jez was putting on an act and it would have ended another way. Mark's friendship with Daryl could probably have been a genuine and reasonably strong one, I think, if Daryl had been just a bit more Farage and a bit less Mosley, although Mark's penchant for self-sabotage is unrivaled so I suppose you can't say for sure.

I really don't like the episode 'Burgling' and especially the character Heather who Mark meets at the cinema.  She's a munter and has an annoying voice and hair.

It's just an all round poor episode IMO, it's only redeeming feature is the 'Fuck off cleanshirt' at the end.

She's never a munter! The episode also features "Why don't we burn him with cigarettes" from Big Suze.

My least favourite episode. On my last run through I skipped it. Duno what it is but the whole robbery and boys raiding the place makes me feel really uncomfortable for some reason.

The best bit for me is Jeremy giving his ticket away and stating "It's shit!".

The lassie is a dog IMO. She reminds me of a real life Olive Oil.

It also has Mark's line to Heather about being a 'friend of the British Museum', but I'd agree that it's not a great episode overall and Heather is dour.

Yeah it's 'Nether Zone'  and 'Burgling' that I skip past.  Neither advance any of the characters stories/relationships either and they're really poor plots too.

'Of course, the majority of the Wehrmacht had no winter clothing.'

'Well, I know how they feel. I mean, you buy classic, but classic keeps changing.'

It's not a wig, Alan. That's actually her hair.
