P&B subcrawl

Recommended Posts

I would genuinely cry. I must have been a bit early last time so when I saw a group of folk I just got my pint and joined them, chipping in in with irrelevant P&B related nonsense every now and then. It was only when I saw the rowdy bunch of brutes bundle through the door that i realised how badly I'd misjudged the situation and a more than hasty retreat was made.

That's class! I didn't realise you'd joined the wrong group initially

It's this Saturday at 11am at Dow's in Queen Street.

We have a Facebook group set up for it, probably why there's not been much chatter on the main news feed.

Great to see you're in Tryfield! Along with PLL and Gordie, that's three folks I'll know. I'll recognise Smurph from Twitter world as well. Without going through several pages is Itzdrk making it? I'd recognise him as well.

I think he's missing out this one, unfortunately. Meaning we'll need a new 'beast' on the day.

Will Sweet Pete arrive at Dow's BEFORE it opens again??

Almost certainly. I like being first at the bar, it suits my superior nature. It also gives me a chance to look like a jakie, hanging about waiting for the staff to unlock the doors and turn on the lights.

Great to be going DN. I'm only getting there due to another driver covering my shift on Saturday. I just hope to get finished before 7pm on Friday night to get back to Ayr. If I don't I'll just travel up from Boro to Queen Street on Saturday morning with very unfasionable clothes on. :(

Hoping to catch up along the way, as I'm up for the final this weekend. :)

The more the merrier PF. :)

Aye, bung me your mobie number ya big sexy beast. I won't be able to manage the whole thing as I need to catch up with my dad, but me an my brother will no doubt be on the prowl in the early evening to view the carnage. :)

We finished at around 9pm last time, I think. The last stop is right beside Queen Street station anyway.

Quality, the last train home I expect to be a messy affair almost as bad as the subcrawl. Last time I was in Glasgow I walked to Queen Street from Murano Halls looking for Partick Subway and ended up walking 3 miles through Possil.
