Shandon Par
The offers for Nisbet coming in now. £800k would be handy.

Aye, it's starting to look like pretty serious cash now. No bad for a boy that my Rovers supporting friend labelled a "dud" when we signed him..........

If we assume the 30% sell on is correct, Hibs would need to get around £2.7m upfront for us to get £800k. Would imagine Hibs will accept an offer of around £2m upfront fee. With the 30% sell on, that would mean £600k for us - which would still be fantastic.

Hopefully Hibs are negotiating with similar people in the Sunderland documentary who's upper limit for Will Grigg was like £1m and eventually spent £4m or something like that on him.
Have some faith in Magic
Surely there is some other desperate English championship team with £3m to spend.
DAFC.
He's a risk free signing for the Old Firm and English Championship clubs. He'll bang them in. Let the bidding commence.

Shandon Par
May be wrong but I think the 30% was stated at a supporters forum by Leish or McArthur, as well as being reported in the papers at the time.

Clubs would circumvent fees by selling at low fees and getting money back on clauses that are easy to achieve.

Stellaboz
Other things we need: A bigger Elvis statue in Legends Scoreboard Fill in the corners with seats Buy out the KDM sponsorship Change seat colour across whole ground Top up the USH meter A stripper pole in the players lounge Buy a lowland league club in the inevitable event of insolvency we've been warned about again Buy Kevin Nisbet
