Cardle is Magic
Never fussed about kits but I am very glad to see more heritage aspects being worked into the club.
Shandon Par
Was a bit worried at mention of a maroon strip but that’s so smart. Again a slightly old-school collar but overall classy without the air of menace of the home top.
CallumPar
Think we’ve knocked it out the park with the kits this year, both excellent. White shorts/socks for the home kit makes sense, now that we know it’s navy shorts and maroon socks for the away. Reaction to the away seems mixed in social media, which surprises me a bit. Genuinely think it’s excellent. Think we can see Cook’s touch with the marketing of both kits. Love the launch being at the Old Inn and Malcolm’s Tower. Really put a lot of thought into things.
DeclanG
I'm honestly a bit underwhelmed with the away kit seeing as it's essentially just a colour swap of our home kit, would have been nice to have seen something a little different. Like the colours though.

Really hope we don't get Linfield, they took the hump with me when I said they didn't do enough to tackle rampant sectarianism in their support. As far as I can tell they haven't made any progress since then.
Cardle is Magic
Press release on Challenge Cup too embarrassed to even mention that reserve sides are included, alongside the naff cross-border aspect. Get it in the bin.
Heaton
Rename it the Pre-season Cup and be done with it. More Mickey Mouse than the Challenge and Fife cups almost ffs.
Threeattheback
Listening to McPake's interview and he mentions a game against Stenhousemuir on Saturday. It's not listed on the fixtures though. I guess it must be closed door.Something to do with Stenny's pitch, I think. They thought they may have to move the game last minute.

Shandon Par
In one of the interviews McPake alluded to us being susceptible to teams playing through us so his next phase of training would be a formation to tackle that. Imagine having a Plan B!?!
smpar
When was the last time we felt like we had a manager who actually had a plan B? Hughes, Grant, Crawford, Johnston, Potter and Jefferies didn’t. McIntyre? Tbf I feel like Jefferies sometimes did, we came back from being 1 or 2 goals down a few(?) times under him.

DA Baracus
Blue shorts and maroon socks for the away kit. Lovely. Like the home strip but really not a fan of the white shorts (or white shorts with a Pars kit in general), especially when paired with predominantly white socks. Just doesn't look right!

Didn't Johnston's (awful) decision to try a back 3/5 the season after the playoffs contitute a plan B? Of course it was wildly unsuccessful (save for the opening game!) and quickly chucked for a 4-4-2. Dreadful squad that season and his poor decisions cost Johnston his job.
Stellaboz
Mvoto up front was a plan straight from Plankton.

Pretty sure I’d suggested both options on here first. Think JJ and AJ lurked here looking for advice.
smpar
That game at Tannadice should have been finished by half time. Still hurts.
